Moving Recollections Part 1. is part of a full-length dance piece currently in production for five dancers.
The first part of the three-part work on social spaces and their traces, a duet for two dancers, was performed in an empty store space in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki, in May 2021.
By-passers, spectators who stopped at the scene and traffic illustrated the piece like a moving, ever changing prop.
The first part was performed by Hanna-Maija Pääkkönen and Alejandro Flores Monroy.
